Active XRPL Address

Held a minimum balance of 100 XRP in a self-custodied wallet for at least 30 consecutive days prior to the snapshot.

Trustline Establishment

A SOLO Trustline must be configured on the XRP Ledger prior to the snapshot date.

Engagement Activity

At least one on-ledger transaction (payment, trustline modification, DEX trade) within the last 90 days.

Governance Participation

Foundation members must have voted in at least one XRPLF governance proposal or community feedback round.
